"Be careful with these sales people, I was the exact same happy costumer as the other people in the reviews. Had professional treatment and "got a good deal 🤝" although the deductible was the highest, then little by little every renewal they start increasing your rates, mine went from like $180 the first six months, then to like $230, and so on. Long story 3 years later I was paying almost $400 a month for cover that I wasn't even going to get if I actually needed the service. Oh, by the way their tow truck sucks, you will be stranded for hours if you wait for them, I had to pay out of pocket to a nearby tow truck and had to fight them almost a year to get reimbursed."

"Multiple bad experiences with this office. Pretty sad when you feel you cant trust your own insurance agents office. Got called about new lower rates going on. I explained my bad experience back in 2020 from this office to kevin and he agreed that it was bad and assured me it wouldn't happen again . Told him I just paid my bill for the current month I would consider signing up once this month was over kept trying to get me to sign up. Called me back and said if I didn't sign up that week that the offer wouldn't be available and it would double. Told me my other insurance would refund me and he said he personally sent over the notice to cancel my other policy. Didnt tell me that one of my discounts was by using there GPS device that monitors my driving Told him I didnt want that in my vechile and should have let me know of that before I signed up. He made a snark comment about beaing a hotrodder, I guess some people just dont respect privacy. And then to top it all off my other policy was never cancled I had to cancel it myself the day before the new billing statement. Paid for a whole month with the other company for no reason. I called him to let him know and he said he would call me back and figure it out and never did that was a week ago. . Very unsatisfied with horrible communication and yet again another bad experience from this office. Makes me wonder if the rate doubling if i didnt sign up that week was just a lie to get me to sign up."
